3. Connect the automatic level control air line to the shock.
4. Guide the shock to the body while lowering the vehicle.
5. Install the upper shock mounting nuts (2).
Tighten the nuts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
6. Connect the electrical connector (1) on vehicles equipped with F55 suspension.
7. Reposition the sound insulator around the shock tower.
8. Install the trim panel.

Caution: Gas charged shock absorbers contain high pressure gas. Do not attempt to cut the shock open before all gas pressure is released.
Failure to do so may result in personal injury.
