9. With the aid of an assistant, remove the fascia by pulling the fascia rearward from the vehicle.
10. Save the brackets, clips, and accessories for transfer to the fascia, if required.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the old brackets, clips, and accessories to the fascia, if required.
2. With the aid of an assistant, position the fascia to the vehicle.
3. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the rear park assist wiring harness.
4. Install the push-in fasteners (2) attaching the top of the rear fascia to the rear end panel.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
5. Install the nuts (1) attaching the fascia to the quarter panels.
Tighten the nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
