Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the oil cooler lines from the radiator.
3. Remove the oil cooler lines from the transmission.
4. Remove the oil cooler lines from the mounting bracket.
5. Remove the cooler lines from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the transmission oil cooler line to the vehicle.
2. Install the oil cooler lines to the mounting bracket.
Important:

Do not reuse any of the existing oil lines or oil line fittings if there is any excessive corrosion.

Do not reuse any of the existing retaining rings that were removed from the existing quick connect fittings. All retaining rings being installed must
be new.
3. Connect the oil cooler lines to the transmission.
4. Connect the oil cooler lines to the radiator.
5. Lower the vehicle.
