5. Two screws retaining the cover in the blower motor area.
6. Cut acoustic cover between 5 clip lands. Important

Retain this piece of the acoustic cover for reassembly.
7. Cooling tube from the motor.
8. Screws retaining the blower motor to the case.
9. Blower motor from case.
INSPECT

Flange of the blower motor for damage or distortion that could cause an air leak. Repair as necessary.

Blower fan for damage and distortion. Repair or replace as necessary.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Blower motor to the case.
2. Screws retaining the blower motor to the case.
3. Cooling tube to the motor.
4. Acoustic cover over blower motor.
5. Two screws retaining the cover to the case.
6. Five clips to the five clip lands to hold the motor and case covers together.
7. Windshield washer fluid reservoir.
8. Coolant recovery reservoir.
9. Electrical connector.
10. Negative battery cable.

Check circuit operation.

3. Two electrical connectors.
