Avalanche 1500 4WD V8-5.3L VIN Z Flex Fuel (2005)
4. Install the screws to the evaporator core cover (1).
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
5. Install the HVAC module assembly.
6. Reprogram the recirculation actuator. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators.
