Evaporator Core Replacement (Delphi)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the HVAC module. See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair
2. If equipped remove the heat stakes from the HVAC module with a screw driver and a hammer.

3. If equipped remove the screws from the HVAC module assembly.
4. Remove the evaporator cowl gasket from the evaporator.

5. Seperate upper HVAC module assembly(2) from the lower HVAC module assembly(1).
