Evaporative Emissions Hose: Service and Repair
EVAP Hoses/Pipes Replacement - Canister/Fuel Tank
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Remove the rear evaporative emission (EVAP) pipe (1) from the sending unit (2), the fuel tank roll over valve (3) and fuel tank clips (6).
3. Cap the sending unit EVAP pipe and fuel tank roll over valve.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Remove the caps from the sending unit EVAP pipe and fuel tank roll over valve.
2. Connect the rear EVAP pipe (1) to the sending unit (2), fuel tank roll over valve (3), and fuel tank clips (6).
3. Install the fuel tank.
