Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

Condenser

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Battery.
3. Drain coolant.
4. Discharge A/C system.
5. Air cleaner.
6. Air cleaner housing and bracket.
7. Radiator upper air baffle.
8. Air intake duct.
9. Cooling fan wire.

10. Cooling fan.
11. Radiator hoses.
12. A/C evaporator tube and hose assembly from condenser block.
13. Radiator upper retainers.
14. Headlamp attaching screws and swing headlamps aside.
15. Radiator attaching bolts.
16. Radiator and condenser.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Condenser and radiator.
2. Radiator attaching bolts.
3. Headlamps.
4. Air intake duct.
5. Upper air baffle.
6. Radiator upper retainers.
7. Fan and wire.
8. Radiator hoses.
9. A/C evaporator tube and hose assembly to condenser block.

10. Air cleaner housing and bracket.
11. Air Cleaner.
12. Fill cooling system.
13. Battery.
14. Negative battery cable.
15. Evacuate and charge A/C system.
