RETURN OF STEERING GEAR ASSEMBLIES
To assure proper payment for work performed for short gear installation under this special policy program, the following MUST be supplied with the
returned assemblies:

A copy of the repair order including the VIN and the labor operation performed

The dealer code of the dealer performing the service
