Coolant Level Indicator Lamp: Testing and Inspection
Test L: Low Coolant Indicator Is Always on
Sensor Locations - Typical
Jumper the low coolant probe connector to ground. With the ignition switch to "RUN", observe the low coolant indicator.
1. If the low coolant indicator if now off, replace the low coolant probe.
2. If the low coolant indicator is still on, check the YEL and YEL/BLK (68) wires and instrument cluster printed circuit for a short to ground. If good,
the replace the instrument cluster.
