Beretta V6-3100 3.1L MFI VIN M (1994)
Power steering lines to 27 Nm (20 lbs. ft.).
6. Hand start clamp nuts. Tighten left side clamp nuts to specification first, then tighten right side clamp nuts to specification.
Tighten
Rack and pinion mounting nuts to 30 Nm (22 lbs. ft.).
7. Raise vehicle.
8. Tie rod ends to struts and cotter pins after torquing nuts.
Tighten
Tie rod end bolts to 60 Nm (44 lbs. ft.).
9. Both front tire and wheel assemblies.
Tighten
Wheel Lugs to 140 Nm (100 lbs. ft.).
10. Line retainer (if applicable).
11. Lower vehicle.
12. Steering column upper pinch bolt.
Tighten
Upper pinch bolt to 41 Nm (30 lbs. ft.).
13. Left sound insulator.
14. Fill reservoir with power steering fluid and bleed air from system.
15. Check toe setting and adjust as required.
INSPECT
For leaks.
