Troubleshooting Hints - Chime
Perform before beginning System Diagnosis
1. If Speedometer does not operate properly, refer to Vehicle Speed Sensor for diagnosis.
2. Check Fuse 11 by visual inspection.
3. If Instrument Cluster Gages and indicators do not operate, Refer to Instrument Panel.
4. Check Headlight Switch by operating Park Lights.
5. Check that Multi-function Alarm Module is seated properly.
6. If referenced from Antilock Brake System, Instrument Panel or Accessories and Optional Equipment , go to Chart #7 Audible Warning Device.

Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage
