Blazer 2WD V6-4.3L VIN X (2004)
1. Position the garnish to the headliner.
2. Loosely install one forward and one rearward screw to the garnish molding in order to hold the garnish molding into position.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the remaining screws. The two short screws are positioned on each side of the motor/actuator.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).
4. Install the switch to the motor/actuator cover.
5. Install the motor/actuator cover (1) to the garnish molding.
6. Install the screw (2).
Tighten
Tighten the screw to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
7. Connect the electrical connector.
8. Install the motor/actuator service cover.
