5. Release the J-strips (3) on the bottom of the head restraint.
6. Remove the cover from the restraint.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the cover over the restraint.

2. Hook the J-strips (3) closed on the bottom of the head restraint.

3. Position the head restraint to the seat assembly.
4. Push the head restraint downward into the fully installed position.
5. Raise the head restraint to the full up position. Verify that the head restraint retainer prevents the head restraint from being removed from the seat

assembly.
