Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle with safety stands. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the tire and the wheel.
3. Install punch in rotor vanes to hold from turning, 4WD vehicles only.
4. Remove the drive axle nut, 4WD vehicles only.
5. Remove the drive axle washer, 4WD vehicles only.
6. Remove the rotor.
7. On 4WD vehicles, disengage the wheel driveshaft from the hub and bearing using the J 45859 or equivalent.
