Oil Pump Drive: Service and Repair
Replacement, Engine Overhaul
REMOVAL
1. Remove the hold down clamp and the bolt.
2. Remove the oil pump drive, by pulling the oil pump drive outwards.
3. Remove the gasket.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the new gasket to the oil pump drive.
2. Install the oil pump drive to the engine.

Index the drive with the camshaft gear and the oil pump drive shaft.

Make sure the drive seats fully.
3. Install the clamp and the bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 42 Nm (31 ft. lbs.).
