C 1500 Truck 2WD V6-4.3L VIN X (2003)
1. If necessary, attach the EVAP canister vent valve (2) to the bracket.
2. If necessary, connect the EVAP vent pipe (3) to the EVAP canister vent valve (2).
3. Install the EVAP canister vent valve and pipe to the vehicle.
4. Connect the EVAP vent pipe (4) to the EVAP canister.
5. Install the EVAP pipe to the clips (1).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
6. Install the EVAP canister vent valve bracket bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
7. Connect the EVAP canister vent valve electrical connector (1).
8. Lower the vehicle.
