Service Precaution - Wiring Repairs

CAUTION:  Do not repair or splice the wire harness on the column side of the connector if wiring within the column requires repair, replace the
component with a new replacement part. Failure to follow these instructions could cause a short circuit and malfunction of the steering column controls.
