3. If equipped with the 8.1L engine, perform the following:
4. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps at the following locations:

Throttle body
^
MAF/IAT sensor
5. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
6. It equipped with the 6.0L, 6.6L, or 8.1L engine with the Regular Production Option (RPO) M74 transmission, remove the engine harness clip
from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) cover.
7. If equipped with the 6.0L, 6.6L, or 8.1L engine with the RPO M74 transmission, remove the Transmission Control Module (TCM) cover bolts.
8. Lift up TCM cover to unclip the cover from the fan shroud.
