2. Apply clean engine oil to the oil level indicator tube O-ring.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the oil level indicator tube and retaining nut to the engine.
Tighten the oil level indicator tube nut to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
4. Close the hood.
