13. Remove the 0.646 gage block and check the TPS voltage at the wide open throttle position. Voltage should be approximately 90 percent,

within +/- 5 percent, of the reference voltage from step #4.

Example: 0.90 (WOT ratio) x 5.00 volts (voltage reference) = 4.50 volts (TPS voltage).

14. If adjustment is not possible, or if TPS voltage at WOT position is not within limits, replace the TPS.
15. Turn key to "OFF".
16. Remove jumper wires and reconnect TPS to the vehicle wiring harness.
17. Reinstall air cleaner assembly and related hoses.
