6. If equipped with the 6.0 L engine, and RPO's MW3 and COW, remove the exhaust pipe hanger bracket bolts.
7. If equipped with the 6.6 L or 8.1 L engines, and RPO M74, remove the exhaust pipe hanger bracket bolts.
8. If equipped with the 6.6 L or 8.1 L engines, and RPO ML6, remove the exhaust pipe hanger bracket bolts.
9. Remove the exhaust manifold pipe bracket.
