Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the wiper arms.
2. Remove the air inlet grille panel weatherstrip.
3. Remove the air inlet grille panel screws (2).
4. Remove the windshield hoses and nozzles.
5. Remove the 3 cowl vent grille panels (1) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the windshield washer hoses and the nozzles to the air inlet grille panel grille. (1)
2. Install the 3 air inlet grille panels (1) to the vehicle.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the air inlet grille panel screws (2). Ensure that the nuts (3) below the center panel are in place with the square nut (4) second from the right.
Tighten the nuts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
4. Install the air inlet grille panel weatherstrip.
5. Install the wiper arms.
