Surge Tank Replacement

Surge Tank Replacement 

Removal Procedure 

1. Drain the cooling system. 

2. Disconnect the low coolant probe electrical connector.

3. Reposition the inlet hose clamp from the surge tank.
4. Remove the surge tank inlet hose from the surge tank.

5. Reposition the outlet hose clamp from the surge tank.
6. Remove the surge tank outlet hose from the surge tank.
