4. On the interior side of the cowl, install the bolt.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

5. Tighten the following fasteners:

Tighten

Tighten the screws on the engine side of the cowl to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

Tighten the 2 nuts to 2.8 N.m (25 lb in).

Tighten the bolt on the interior side of the cowl to 11 N.m (97 lb in).

6. Install the outlet heater hose to the heater core.
7. Install the outlet heater hose to the heater core.
8. Install the inlet heater hose to the heater core.
9. Install the inlet heater hose to the heater core.

10. Install the coolant recovery reservoir.
11. Roll forward the instrument panel. Refer to IP Assembly - Rotating in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

12. Install the trim panel to the retainers.
13. Install the retainer screw.

Tighten
Tighten the screw to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

14. Install the center floor air distribution duct.
