Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
EVAPORATOR CORE REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Remove the HVAC module. See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair
1. Remove the heater core from the HVAC module.
2. Remove the four screws in order to remove the evaporator case cover (8) from the HVAC module assembly.
3. Remove the evaporator core (7) from the HVAC module.
