Fuel Supply Line: Service and Repair
Fuel Hose/Pipes Assembly Replacement (Chassis to Tank)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the fuel tank (2).

NOTE:  Refer to Nylon Fuel Lines Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel sender assembly (1).
3. Disconnect the fuel lines from the clips (3) on the fuel tank.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Connect the fuel lines to the clips (3) on the fuel tank.

NOTE:  Refer to Nylon Fuel Lines Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel sender assembly (1).
3. Install the fuel tank (2).
