5. Heater module assembly cover.
6. Heater module bolts/screws (41).
TIGHTEN

Heater module bolts/screws (41) to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

For vehicles with air conditioning, install air conditioning evaporator temperature sensor to heater core cover and install air inlet valve
actuator.
7. Coolant.
A. Fill cooling system.
B. Operate engine and check for leaks at heater core pipes.
C. Check coolant level after engine has been warmed up. Add coolant as necessary.
8. Instrument panel compartment.
