campaign correction has been made before selling or releasing the

Campaign Procedure
Refer to Section 4 of the Service Policies and Procedures Manual for
the detailed procedure on handling Product Campaigns. Dealers are
requested to complete the campaign on all transfers as soon as
possible.
Owner Notification
All owners of record at the time of campaign release are shown on the
attached computer listing and have been notified by first class mail
from General Motors (see copy of owner letter included with this
bulletin). The listings provided are for campaign activity only and
should not be used for any other purpose.
Parts & Labor Claim Information
A new locking wheel lug nut key required for each vehicle involved will
be mailed to owners of record and involved dealers by General Motors on
a no charge basis.
If additional locking wheel lug nut keys are required, they may be
obtained by providing the involved vehicle's VIN and contacting General
Motors by fax at 905-644-1563.

Service Procedure
1.
Replace locking wheel lug nut key (usually found in truck, glove box or console) with the new wrench.
2.
Install the Campaign Identification Label.
Installation of Campaign ID Label
Clean surface of radiator upper mounting panel and apply a Campaign
Identification Label. Make sure the correct campaign number is inserted
on the label. This will indicate that the campaign has been completed.

Dear General Motors Customer:
General Motors of Canada Limited has determined that certain 1995
Chevrolet Camaros equipped with optional aluminum wheels and 1995
Pontiac Firebird (all wheels) have an incorrect locking wheel lug nut
key. If a wheel had to be removed from one of these vehicles, the lug
nut key socket supplied for the locking wheel lug nut may not fit the
nut and the wheel could not be removed.
