Camaro V8-6.2L (2010)
1. Install the air conditioning condenser (2).
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
2. Install the air conditioning condenser bolts (1) and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
3. Plug the outlet of the power steering fluid cooler.
4. Remove the plug from the power steering gear outlet hose and connect it to the condenser inlet. Secure using the clamp. Refer to Power Steering

5. Remove plug from cooler outlet hose. When fluid begins to flow from the hose, cap the hose using your thumb/finger. Remove the cap on the
cooler and when fluid starts to flow from the cooler, connect the hose to the cooler. Secure using clamp. Refer to Fluid Cooler Outlet Hose

6. Connect the air conditioning evaporator thermal expansion valve tube to the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion

7. Connect the air conditioning compressor hose to the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (See: Hose/Line

8. Install the radiator. Refer to Radiator Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Radiator/Service and Repair/Radiator

9. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery and
Recharging)
10. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding (See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power Steering/Power
Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair)
