7. Install A/C compressor hose (2) to thermal expansion valve tube.
8. Install compressor hose nut (1) and tighten to 18 Nm (13 lb ft).
9. Connect the refrigerant pressure sensor electrical connector.
10. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine
Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair).
11. Install engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Engine Cover Replacement).
12. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery and
Recharging).
