Fuel Rail Replacement
NOTICE

Use care in removing the fuel rail assembly to prevent damage to the injector electrical connector terminals and the injector spray tips. When
removed, support the rail to avoid damaging its components.

Prevent dirt and other contaminates from entering open lines and passages. Fittings should be capped, and holes plugged, during servicing.

The upper and lower 0-rings are different colors (black and brown). Be sure to install the black 0-ring in the upper position and the brown 0-ring in
the lower position on the injector. The 0-rings are the same size but are made of different materials.
CLEAN

Before removal, the fuel rail assembly may be cleaned with a spray type engine cleaner, GM X-30A or equivalent, following package instructions.
Do Not soak fuel rails in liquid cleaning solvent.
