CONDITION:
Temperature difference between instrument panel vents and heater ducts (Bi-level mode) can vary by 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit.
CAUSE:
The heater shutoff air door is not in the correct stop position. Air is not allowed to mix to the approximate 25 degree Fahrenheit difference intended for
this system.
CORRECTION:
By installing a screw as a stop in the inner case wall, the heater shutoff door will park in the correct position, allowing a better mixture of air.
