Trunk Lamp May Touch Luggage (Replace Lamp Assembly)

This bulletin is being revised to change the "Correction" process.

CONDITION
The trunk lamp may touch the luggage.
CAUSE
The bulb is mounted in a bracket, in a hole in the rear package shelf. The bulb may protrude slightly into the luggage compartment, where it may touch
the luggage.
CORRECTION
Remove and discard the existing lamp assembly. Install a new lamp assembly, P/N 10268235. This assembly has a lens which covers the bulb.
