Please let us know if you elect to install these materials yourself by completing the enclosed postage paid owner reply card and returning it to us.  This
assists us in assuring that all affected vehicles have been corrected.  If you have sold or traded your vehicle, please let us know by completing the postage
paid owner reply card and returning it to us.

If you choose to have your Chevrolet dealer install the materials for you, please bring the owner reply card, fuse specification insert and fuse block label
(if provided) to your Chevrolet dealer. Presentation of the reply card to your dealer will assist in making the necessary correction(s) in the shortest
possible time.  Please ask your dealer if you wish to know how much time will be needed to schedule and process your vehicle.

OWNER'S MANUAL INSERT INSTRUCTIONS (ALL VEHICLES)

Install new owner's manual fuse specification inserts to pages 271 and 272 of owner's manual.  Also, install "Second Edition" sticker over "First Edition"
information on bottom of page 1 (Table of Contents) of owner's manual.

Fuse Block Label Instructions (If Required)

1.

Open driver's door and locate fuse block door on end of instrument panel.

2.

Fuse block door may be removed by pulling tab outward.

3.

Carefully peel backing paper from new label and install over existing label on fuse block door.

4.

Reinstall fuse block door.

5.

Check "Campaign Completed By Owner" box on enclosed postage paid reply card and return the card to us.
