To Select Chevrolet Dealers:
General Motors has determined that certain 1991-92 Chevrolet Caprice model vehicles built at the Arlington Assembly Plant may have been shipped
without having the four (4) tie rod adjusting sleeve clamp bolts/nuts tightened. This condition could result in uneven tire wear.
To correct this condition, dealers are to inspect tie rod nut torques on involved vehicles and those vehicles with tie rod nuts torqued below specification
will have the tie rod assemblies replaced.
VEHICLES INVOLVED
Involved are the 1991-92 Chevrolet Caprice model vehicles built at the Arlington Assembly Plant.
Involved vehicles have been identified by Vehicle Identification Number Computer Listings. Computer listings contain the complete Vehicle

furnished will enable dealers to follow-up with owners involved in this campaign.
