Cavalier L4-2.2L VIN 4 (1998)
5. Loosen the filler tube from the transmission.
6. Remove the filler tube seal.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Pull the tube out of the vehicle from the top.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the filler tube through the top of the vehicle.
2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Install the filler tube seal into the transmission. Lubricate the seal with DEXRON(R) IIE, or DEXRON(R) III.
4. Install the filler tube into the transmission.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Install the nut that retains the tube to the mounting bracket.
