7. Pull on the upper end of the cable. The cable should travel a short distance with light resistance caused by the small return spring on the TV lever.
When releasing the upper end of the TV cable, the cable should return to the zero TV position.
8. Adjust the TV cable. Refer to TV Cable Adjustment.
