This bulletin is being issued to revise DTC 66 A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor, Chart 0-10 A/C Clutch Control Circuit Diagnosis and Chart C-19 PCM
Controlled Generator of the 1995 "J" Car Service Manual, Book 2 of 2. The following pages are revised as follows:
2.2L Engine

Page 6E3-A-84. The DTC 66 facing page art incorrectly calls out the PCM terminal for the A/C pressure sensor signal. The A/C pressure sensor
signal is connected to terminal J1-30 of the PCM, not terminal J2-03.

Page 6E3-C10-2, 4. The Chart C-10 facing page art incorrectly calls out the PCM terminal for the A/C pressure sensor signal. The A/C pressure
sensor signal is connected to terminal J1-30 of the PCM, not terminal J2-03.

Pages 6E3-C19-2, 3. In the Chart C-19 test description step 4, and the diagnostic chart, the generator terminals are incorrectly called out. When the
chart calls out "Cavity B," it is referring to "Cavity L" of the generator electrical connector. When calling out "Cavity C," it is referring to "Cavity F"
of the generator electrical connector.

Page 6E3-C10-4. In the Chart C-10 test descriptions, the test description 5 incorrectly states "With the engine stopped and field service mode
activated This should state, "With the engine running and the A/C relay commanded "ON" The Tech 1 scan tool will not allow the A/C relay to be
commanded when the engine is not running.

Page 6E3-C10-5. The chart C-10 diagnostic charts for both the 2.2L and 2.3L incorrectly state in step 5 to have the "Ignition "ON," Engine stopped."
This should read "Ignition "ON," Engine running." The Tech 1 scan tool will not allow the A/C relay to be commanded when the engine is not
running.
Please make a note of these revisions in your service manual.
