Make up a hammock 14" x 14" consisting of three
(3)
layers of Herculite 100% nylon or equivalent material. Sew in reinforcement wires at the left and right sides and hog ring the
hammock to the lower frame side support (see Figure 1).

Install a plastic side protector, P/N 20488605 or equivalent material, over each edge of the upper frame side support as shown
(see Figure 1).

Place four (4) layers of 3/4" poly foam onto the hammock as per the following instructions and Figure 2.
a.
One (1) sheet 17" x 12" over the nylon hammock.
b.
Two (2) sheets 12" x 4" - one (1) sheet on each side.
c.
Two (2) sheets 12" x 2" - one (1) sheet on each side.
d.
One (1) sheet 17" x 16".
Compress all the foam in under the edge of the frame side protector.
11.
Place the seat cushion in position over the rework material and fit it to the frame (see Figure 2).
