3. Depress the tabs of the clutch master cylinder pushrod retainer and release the clutch pedal from the pushrod.

4. Remove the clutch pedal bracket to front of dash nuts.
5. Lower the clutch pedal assembly slightly and disconnect the electrical connector from the clutch pedal position (CPP) switch, then remove the

assembly.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the electrical connector to the CPP switch and install the clutch pedal assembly.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the clutch pedal bracket to front of dash nuts.

Tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
