2007-2010 Pontiac G5
with 15-Inch Wheel Covers
Supercede:
This bulletin is being revised to add the 2010 model year. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 05-03-10-006C (Section 03 - Suspension).
Condition
Some customers may comment on a squeak type noise coming from the front or rear wheels. This condition is most apparent during cold weather and
while driving at low speeds (0-24 km/h [0-15 mph]).
Cause
This condition may be caused by hard contact between the inner edge of the wheel cover and the outer edge of the steel rim.
Correction
Install insulator tape on the backside of all four wheel covers. Use the following procedure:
