Cobalt L4-2.4L VIN B (2006)
8. Remove the condenser tube from the front of dash.
9. Remove the condenser tube and evaporator hose from the thermal expansion valve (TXV).
10. Remove and discard the seal washer.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install new sealing washers on the condenser tube and evaporator hose fittings.
2. Install the condenser tube and evaporator hose to the TXV.
3. Install the TXV nut.
Tighten the nut to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
