Shoulder Belt Guide Adjuster Replacement - Rear

SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ADJUSTER REPLACEMENT - REAR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Open the rear seat belt upper guide shoulder bolt trim cover.
2. Remove the rear seat belt upper guide shoulder bolt.
3. Remove the knob from the rear seat belt shoulder adjuster (1).
4. Remove the body rear corner upper trim panel (2).
5. Remove the 2 bolts securing the adjuster to the vehicle.
6. Remove the rear seat belt shoulder adjuster from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the 2 bolts securing the rear seat belt shoulder adjuster (1) to the vehicle.

Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt shoulder adjuster bolts to 52.5 N.m (39 lb ft).

2. Install the body rear corner upper trim panel (2).
3. Install the knob on the rear seat belt shoulder adjuster (1).
4. Install the rear seat belt upper guide with the bolt. Ensure that the seat belt webbing is not twisted.
