3. Install the fuel filler hose screws.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the fuel filler hose screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Connect the fuel filler hose (4) to the fuel tank (3).

Tighten the fuel filler hose clamp to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

5. Connect the EVAP hose (2) to the filler vent tube (1).

6. Install the bolt (3) securing the fuel filler hose ground strap to the frame (2).

Tighten the fuel filler hose ground strap bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

7. Install the left pickup box wheelhouse liner.
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Refill the fuel tank.

10. Install the fuel fill cap.
11. Inspect for leaks.
