Power Mirror Motor: Service and Repair
Outside Rearview Mirror Motor Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the mirror glass. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Glass Replacement (See: Service and Repair/Outside Rearview Mirror Glass
Replacement).
2. Remove the screws retaining the mirror motor to the mirror housing.
3. Rotate the bottom of the mirror motor upward to disengage the mirror motor (1) from the mirror housing retainers (2).
4. Disconnect the mirror motor electrical connectors.
5. Remove the mirror motor from the mirror housing.
