Note:  Position the brass drift in the slots provided in the axle housing. Move the drift back and forth between one side of the cup and the other in
order to work the cups out of the housing evenly.

5. Using a hammer and a brass drift, remove the outer differential drive pinion gear bearing cup.

6. Using a hammer and a brass drift, remove the inner differential drive pinion gear bearing cup.
