Secondary Air Injection Pump Outlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement  (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Air Cleaner Housing/Air

Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement) .

3. Disconnect the secondary air injection (AIR) pump outlet hose quick connect fitting from the AIR check valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick

Connect Fitting Service  (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Line Coupler/Service and Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
) .

4. Disconnect the AIR pump outlet hose quick connect fitting (2) from the AIR pump. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service  (See:

Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Line Coupler/Service and Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service) .
