Coolant Heater Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the engine coolant.

2. Raise and support the vehicle only high enough to access the coolant heater (6) through the wheelhouse. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the left wheelhouse liner. 
4. Disconnect the coolant heater cord (4) from the coolant heater (6).

5. Remove the coolant heater from the engine block.
