6. Remove the rear side access door hinge from the body.
Installation Procedure
1. Position the rear side access door hinge to the alignment marks.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
2. Install the bolts retaining the hinge to the body and tighten to 25 Nm (18.4 lb ft).
3. Install the bolts retaining the hinge to the door and tighten to 25 Nm (18.4 lb ft).
4. Remove the support from the rear side access door.
5. Inspect the door for proper operation and alignment. Refer to Rear Side Door Adjustment (See: Adjustments).
